Wilbur "Chip" Dixon

President

Wilbur Dixon is the President of Rose’s Studio Scholarship Foundation. He has been a member of the Foundation since its inception. Wilbur is a 2009 retiree from the State of New Jersey Department of Transportation after 35 years of service. The NJDOT was his only employer after graduating from Newark College of Engineering (now New Jersey Institute of Technology) with a bachelor degree in Civil Engineering. He rose through the ranks to become a manager of construction and maintenance operations prior to his retirement. A long-time drummer, Wilbur is married to Evangeline and has 4 children, Steven, Iman, Sean and Alton.
